Scope of Services

• DISC is a behavioral assessment tool used to support hiring and team decisions. It is not predictive or guaranteed.
• Consultant provides professional insight and guidance; all final decisions remain the responsibility of the Client.

DISC Assessments

• Comprehensive DISC report identifying behavioral style, decision-making tendencies, and motivators.
• Reports are generated per participant using customized assessment links.

Hiring Support (New Hires Only)

Client will send the link provided and CC consultant on the role.

• 3-Page Written Hiring Summary
• Role fit analysis
• Strengths and limitations
• Risk factors
• Targeted interview questions
• Written summaries are only provided for recruiting/new-hire assessments.

Current Team Reviews

• No written summary provided.
• Delivered via one recorded debrief call reviewing the assessment results and implications.

Consulting Hours

• Client receives 2 or 5 consulting hours based on selected package.
• Preparation time for hiring summaries (~20 minutes per summary)
• Phone calls
• Follow-up discussions
• Clarification beyond standard deliverables
• ⚠ Multiple calls will reduce available consulting hours.

Assessment Links Provided

• Current Team Link — Assessment only (no summary)
• Recruiting Link — Assessment + written hiring summary

Consultations & Communication

• Hiring decisions are typically supported by the written hiring summary.
• Current team insights are handled through a recorded debrief call.
• Additional or repeated calls are billed against consulting hours.

Client Acknowledgment

• DISC is a tool, not a crystal ball.
• Consultant provides advisory insight, not hiring decisions.
• DISC should be used alongside interviews, experience, and business judgment.
• Client agrees to CC the consultant on the role email or send a separate email with the candidate's name and role details.

Payment & Packages

• Payment is required prior to delivery of services.
• Stripe notifications may lag — Client should reply "done" after submitting payment.
• Most clients begin with the 25-report package.

Responsibilities & Termination

• Consultant: Deliver services as agreed, maintain confidentiality, and act professionally.
• Client: Provide access to necessary information and ensure timely payment.
• Termination clause applies to monthly plans only — not Bulk Reports.
• Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
